Frequently Asked Questions
How public beta access is packaged and gated.
Is public beta real-money enabled?
No. Public beta is sandbox-first by default. Production payment access stays disabled unless a tenant is explicitly approved for controlled production preview.
What usage limits apply in sandbox beta?
Default sandbox limits are documented in the launch packet: capped transaction amounts, capped wallet funding, short execution-token TTLs, and execution-token-first agent payments.
Can we test production rails?
Only through controlled production preview. That requires provider credentials, webhook processing, reconciliation, support coverage, rollback ownership, and a tenant go/no-go record.
Are formal SLAs included?
No contractual SLA is offered in public beta unless separately documented for an approved controlled production preview tenant.
Start with the sandbox beta.
Build against SpendGuard controls first, then request controlled production preview when your provider, rail, support, and rollback evidence is ready.
